- 1 15 oz can Bush’s cannellini beans (with liquid)
- 2 15 oz cans petite diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 4 cups low sodium chicken or vegetable broth (use vegetable broth for a vegetarian/vegan option)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
- Fresh parsley or basil for garnish (optional)
