- 3/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup flaxmeal (ground flax seeds)
- 1/2 cup cocoa nibs or chopped dark chocolate (high cocoa content)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a small saucepan, gently heat the honey, coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla over low heat until the mixture is well combined and slightly warmed. Do not boil.
